We are able to advise and assist you in relation to all your immigration matters, ranging from all visas, appeals, extension of leave to remain and settlement in the UK. We provide representation on your behalf to the Home Office to accompany your application and not just a covering letter. We also challenge the Home Office on your behalf by way of appeal if a request for review fails. We will attend your appeal hearing with you at the Immigration Tribunal. We are also able to proceed on your behalf to lodge an application at the Upper Tribunal for a judicial review of your matter to challenge the decision of the Home Office.
We undertake all asylum works, including the screening, the asylum interview and the appeal in case of refusal of your asylum claim. We will always be there with you all the way through.
We also assist all EEA applicants to make applications to the Home Office on your behalf, covering all aspects of EU immigration laws, including EEA family permits, residence cards, permanent residence, retention of rights. Refusal of EEA applications are immigration decisions that attract right of appeal. We can also assist you in exercising your right of appeal to the First Tier Tribunal.
OUR CONSULTATION FEES
We charge a fee of £100 + VAT for an hour’s consultation with one of our lawyers. Consultation can be in person, over the phone or by email.
If you proceed to instruct us for your case following the consultation, we will deduct our consultation fee of £100 + VAT from our full fees.
